This waiver of liability applies to all sessions, appointments, events, workshops or other services provided by Spoken from the Stars and Jacqueline Putegnat. By booking any appointment, you agree to the following.

Reiki, Energy Healing, and Spiritual Services Disclaimer:

I acknowledge that the services provided by Jacqueline Putegnat and Spoken from the Stars, including but not limited to Reiki healing, energy work, chakra balancing, sound baths, and intuitive or spiritual guidance, are intended for personal growth and relaxation purposes only.

I understand that these services are complementary and not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal care. I affirm that I will not discontinue any prescribed medications or therapies as a result of any services received. I understand that this may require hands-on work.

Informed Consent:

• I consent to receive the services I have booked and understand what they entail.

• I understand that energy healing may involve touch or hands placed near the body, unless otherwise agreed.

• I understand that results may vary and that no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Release of Liability:

In consideration of receiving services from Jacqueline Putegnat / Spoken from the Stars, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the practitioner from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, that may arise from my participation in any services or sessions, except in the case of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and am solely responsible for my own well-being during and after the session(s).

Venue and Jurisdiction:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved within the courts of Charleston County, SC.

You hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Spoken from the Stars, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages claimed or that you may have arising out of your own acts or omissions or acts and omissions of Spoken from the Stars as a result of any advice given otherwise resulting from the relationship contemplated by this agreement. You further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made.
